Partners, please utilize our LinkTree. It is a platform we use to organize ShareBaby resources, making it easy to share and access content, services, and information from one central location.

Terms and Conditions

• Partner organizations must have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status or provide tax certification.
• Partner organizations cannot sell, exchange, or fundraise with ShareBaby items.
• Partner organizations must use ShareBaby items only for authorized purposes, and any misuse may result in suspension or termination of agencies.
• When partner organizations apply for ShareBaby items, they will provide information about their specific needs. If their needs increase over time, the partner organization and ShareBaby will discuss and agree to ensure we can sustainably support each other's growth.
• Partner organizations will not sell, transfer, or barter ShareBaby resources (transfer includes removing any ShareBaby items from the approved site to any other location).
• Partner organization will provide ShareBaby items, specifically diapers, directly to clients through ongoing support or emergency packages to those who qualify at no cost.
• ShareBaby resources, specifically diapers, will be provided without requesting or requiring clients to donate or participate in religious services.
• Partner organizations must maintain at least one active point of contact with reliable access to the internet, both on- and off-site, and provide their phone number and email.
• Partner organizations agree to maintain records of required tracking information for diapers and other items as mandated by ShareBaby and available to ShareBaby personnel upon request.
• Partner organizations will offer services to ShareBaby referrals who meet eligibility requirements.
• Partner organizations must be committed to providing services without any form of discrimination against anyone based on race, color, citizenship, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, including gender identity, unfavorable discharge from the military, or status as a protected veteran.
• Partner organizations agree that at least 80% of clients receiving diapers and ShareBaby items fall below the federal poverty line.
