FAQ
Please note that ShareBaby operates on a donation-based model and, therefore, cannot guarantee the availability of all items in stock at all times. In the event of low stock levels or high demand, ShareBaby may need to cancel or modify a partner's order without prior notice if it does not align with the number of children served. Additionally, if the stock quantity falls below a certain level, ShareBaby reserves the right to limit the amount of stock partners can order and receive. The ShareBaby items, specifically diapers, baby gear, and supplies, are accepted "as is."

Number of Children Served |
Please note that orders are fulfilled based on the number of children served, not the number of boxes or packs requested. If you request more items than the number of children your organization currently serves, your order will be automatically adjusted accordingly. You can increase your order by a maximum of 10% to account for the intake of new clients. |

Changes |
If you need to make changes to your order it is necessary to request in writing via email to James Ruffin, our warehouse operations manager, at least 24 hours before your scheduled shopping day. Please be sure to use the following email address: warehouse@sharebaby.org. |
Cancellations |
As a partner, you are required to shop for ten months out of the year, but you are allowed to miss up to two shopping days. If you must cancel your order due to an emergency, please email Fred Douglas, our Warehouse Manager, in writing. Please use the following email address: fred@sharebaby.org. |
Missed Pickup + Abandoned Orders |
It is important to remember that if you miss your scheduled pickup day and or place an order but fail to pick it up on your designated partner shopping day, your order will be considered abandoned and restocked. Therefore, if you cannot pick up your order, you must communicate in writing to the staff and make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so will result in a missed month per our attendance policy. |
